Friday October 20, 2017 7:30 PM   Mike Vargas is a Christian blues performer song writer. He was born and raised in South Philadelphia, the youngest son of the first Puerto Rican Mummer. His family is musically and artistically gifted on both his parents side. As a small child he idolized his older brother Eddie and wanted to be like him, who played harmonica and percussion. He wanted to play harmonica like his brother, so at the age of six he hounded his mother to no avail till she got him a harmonica, he has played that instrument since. Later he taught himself guitar, flute,recorder, pan pipe and other things. His music is a mixture of the different musical styles that he was raised with, Rock, Blues,and some R and B with a little string band thrown in for flavor. Adams Family Gospel Group

Friday October 27, 2017 7:30 PM   The Adams Family Gospel Group from Chester, Pennsylvania started their ministry through music in 2006. The group consists of Adolphus, Regina, their son Hakeem and bass player Michael Bay. According to lead singer Regina Adams, “God has called us to do his work by singing and playing instruments to praise his name and save souls.” They have performed at numerous Christian Coffeehouses and Festivals throughout the region. Small Town Cowboys

Friday November 3, 2017 7:00 PM   The Small Town Cowboys is a new band who first came together to record original music by Bob Fournier for his 2017 CD, “Bohemian Blues.”  Their crush zone of ideas has led to a highly creative musical environment.  The dynamic guitar playing of Phil Romeo and inventive bass playing of Gabriel Esposito join with the compassionate lyrics of Bob Fournier.  The three join voices in strong three-part harmony. Small Town Cowboy’s bold instrumentation on the rock side is complimented on the folk side by brilliant mandolin player, Bryce Milano and sensitive harmonica player, Chris Jeye. Together, these five musicians transform diverse musical traditions into a unique musical melting pot. In 2016, Alyssa opened for 3 time GRAMMY nominee Crash Test Dummies and season 8 winner of The Voice Sawyer Fredericks. In 2017, she opened for Ben Arnold, Jim Boggia, and Bucky Covington (American Idol Season 5 Finalist). Also in 2017, Alyssa’s songs Loved Actually and Better Life will be featured in Daniel Roebuck’s movie Getting Grace, Winner – Best Film – 2017 Northeast Film Festival.
