Think Lucinda Williams, John Prine, and Gillian Welch as these are her major influences. She has participated in Pete Wernick’s 4-day bluegrass jam camp at Merlefest in North Carolina, the third year earning the designation of “Jam Hero.” She is a frequent volunteer at Philadelphia hospitals with the Musicians On Call program, bringing the healing power of music to the bedsides of patients and their families. Adams Family Gospel Group

Friday July 28, 2017 7:30 PM   The Adams Family Gospel Group from Chester, Pennsylvania started their ministry through music in 2006. The group consists of Adolphus, Regina, their son Hakeem and bass player Michael Bay. According to lead singer Regina Adams, “God has called us to do his work by singing and playing instruments to praise his name and save souls.” They have performed at numerous Christian Coffeehouses and Festivals throughout the region. In 2010 they recorded their first CD called “The Beginning,” opened for the Dixie Hummingbirds in Philadelphia, PA, and performed at the Hatboro Carnival in Hatboro, PA. Friday September 8, 2017 7:00 PM   Jessica Graae will be returning for the sixth time. Jessica blends her folk-rock style and classical training to create haunting, soulful songs. Her “evocative, lush, and exquisite” vocals are accompanied by “elegant and impressive guitar playing”.  She received WSTW’s 10th Annual Hometown Heroes Homey Award for “Best Female Solo Artist”.  Jessica celebrated the release of her second album “Sea Dream” with an album release show at World Café Live in Philadelphia. Saturday September 16, 2017 5:00 PM   Summer Concert Series 4 Out of Darkness sprung to life in the early part of 2016 but it was many years ago when a mutual friend introduced the three at a church in Springfield, PA where Fran was pastoring. Many years had passed before they met again to form Out of Darkness. Rich, who is primarily a drummer and quickly learning guitar, began playing drums at the ripe old age of 11. Lisa has been performing since she was 12 years old and Fran has been playing guitar for over 40 years. One thing these three have in common: Their desire to honor the Lord with their music began around the same time. The name, Out of Darkness describes Rich, Lisa and Fran’s lives in that once they were blind but now they see.
