Andy Maher and Noah Boyer will be opening for Butter Queen Sister, playing some Beatles songs. Andy Maher sings and plays guitar as well as mandolin, bass, banjo and drums. A 40 year pro, he works solo and with a variety of ensembles. He is a veteran of the rock scene in Philadelphia, and a mainstay of the Mid Atlantic Irish circuit. Other specialties include music for children and seniors that feature time tested sing-alongs. A full time pro for 15 years, he works steadily in the greater Philadelphia area. Seasonal themes, birthdays, weddings, holidays and a variety of special occasions are a mainstay of his work. Andy prides himself on punctuality and preparation.
Noah Boyer is a senior at The Vanguard School who loves music of all kinds. He has been studying and playing music with Andy Maher for the past few years, and especially loves playing songs by The Beatles.
