Peter Ahn is a Korean-American immigrant. Peter’s family moved to the States at the beginning of this teenage years. (That was fun!) Encountering fantastically unfamiliar experiences continued through education, marriage, children and becoming a Presbyterian pastor. Music, however, has always been a part of his ever-changing life’s experience. Music has been one of Peter’s ways of processing and expressing celebration, learning experiences, sorrows, frustration…etc. Peter and Joy have three children they sometimes like, sometimes tolerate, and always love.

The Presbytery of Philadelphia for their initial $9,000 grant in 2015 to help build the coffeehouse ministry. And their follow-on $5000 grant in 2016 and their follow-on $4000 grant for 2017.
