BEFORE registering to attend our event, please carefully review all the information and instructions below.
- This event will be located outside at the Tree of Life Church, 933 Baltimore Pike in Springfield. You will receive all pertinent information via email prior to the event.
- Every person who registers to attend MUST register their entire group in one request. All seating areas will be pre-assigned, and the amount of space allocated for your group will be based on the number of people in your group.3. Mask-wearing and social distancing will be required on the property for everyone in attendance. Please bring your own mask(s).
4. Children are allowed with a parent or guardian but every child above the age of 2 must have a ticket and must wear a mask. Children must be able to conform to social distancing restrictions.
5. All group spaces will be separated by at least 6 feet of space and there will be 6-foot walkways throughout the property.
6. Please bring your own comfy chairs and your favorite blankie.
7. You are permitted to bring your own food and beverages. No alcoholic beverages are permitted. Bottled water will be available, but no refreshments will be served. Please bring bug spray.
8. Hand sanitizer will be available. We recommend that you bring hand sanitizer for your group if you want to have some at your assigned space.
9. We highly recommend advance registration due to a limit on capacity to maintain social distancing. We cannot guarantee that walk-up tickets will be available.
10. We ask that nobody attend this event if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness. As per the guidelines above, which we will be enforcing, we believe that all attendees will be at low risk for infection. Everyone who attends this event does so at their own risk. The Tree of Life Church and New Avenue Foundation assume no responsibility if you subsequently become infected with Covid-19 or any other illness.
